Kanye West

Kanye Omari West was born in Atlanta on June 8th, 1977 and would move to Chicago when he was 3 years old. He would find his love for music as a child and actively pursued it after dropping out of college. He became a producer for Roc-A-Fella Records around 2000, making some of the best beats in the world for some of the most prestigious artists. Until one day he told Jay-Z that he could rap, he showed his sample song he made and what Jay-Z thought was a joke he now took serious. He made his first album "The College Dropout" in 2004 and since then he has made 11 more succesful albums. In this timeframe he founded "Yeezy", his trademarked shoe brand.
